Everyone on here who gave the shop more than one star is not telling the truth. If you are reading the reviews to help you make your decision to use their service then please pay very close attention to my story. I took my car into this shop because my car had a strange sound and was driving sluggish. Much to my surprise the shop gave it back to me and told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. However, the noise was still there and the car would not accelerate no matter how much I put my foot on the gas. What happened next? My vehicle broke down. Me, being the trusting individual that I am, decided to have the vehicle towed to the shop in hopes of giving them the opportunity to once again figure out what the problem was. After my car was dropped off, several days had gone by and I still did not receive a courtesy call from anyone at the shop. And when I called, the workers who answered the phone were very hostile. I decided to remove my vehicle only to find out that my vehicle was in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. "Now the engine light was on". I took it to another shop and had it repaired within one day. The vehicle needed a throttle body cleaning. Quality could not figure that out. It was nothing but God that spared me the heartache of having to pay them and the other repair shop as well. After praying, he advised me to remove my car that night and I am so grateful that I listened. I'm BEGGING you. PLEASE listen to this testimony. Do not take your car to this shop. Please also see the other one star reviews. You will clearly be able to detect slothfulness, deception, and Lack Of Quality. Father God please open their eyes so that they may see.
Great shop friendly staff. I took my brothers vehicle there for a oil change on my lunch brake they got me in and out in less than 20 min they even repaired my tire that kept going flat. thanks guys!!!
Took car in for diagnostics and instead seemed to be a guessing game of what was wrong though they said they were confident it was fixed. $1700 later still have original problem. Also there is no such thing as an appointment even though you are told that. Had car for a day before even looking at car.(twice) Five days later, still not fixed. Third time back for diagnosis they say it may have something to do with crankshaft and if so you'd need a new engine. Car only had one owner and has 44k miles. What the heck are they talking about!!
This is the worst shop I've ever done business with. They have no automotive skill what so ever and they charged me over $700 to fix my car! And! When I picked it up, it ran worse than before I brought it there. Plus, I had some stuff stolen out of my car. The guy that worked on my car was Angel so I'm told.
