Each part was marked up TWICE or more.
I only use this place for simple oil changes. Every time I come here I bring an online coupon for their store. Every time they tell me they don't accept that coupon. They refuse to honor it. I have three cars that I brought here. I will not be bringing them back.
When I said that I don't want to get this done from them, they told that I will charged labor for taking wheels apart.
I agreed but immediately checked online for prices.
Bunch of liars, especially Corey the manager. He was unprofessional and had a nasty attitude after I busted him and called him out. I purchased a full synthetic oil package which includes a tire rotation, topping off of fluids and coolant, and tire pressure check. I made chalk marks on my tires to make sure they were rotated and OF COURSE, they were NOT. He even tried to convince me that they didn't need to be done and I told him that my owner's manual recommends that and that I'm following those instructions. I also checked my fluids and coolant and tire pressure when I left and NONE of those were done either. I IMMEDIATELY called Meineke Customer Service and reported him and my situation. I requested a full refund of my $69. 99 and am waiting for a phone call back in regards to this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm beginning to wonder if my OIL was even changed!
First he tried to avoid the conversation by pretending to be on phone continuously and not replying even when I could see there was no call but when I insisted I was told that it is company policy that they don't install parts from outside. I still don't believe that.

well originally I went in for a routine oil change, when I went to pick my car up they I formed me I would.need a new battery, I was so confused cause I never had any issues with my battery. I went out after paying for the oil change, and surprise ! my car wouldn't start! I went back in and told them my car would not start, they said yea cause you need a new battery. Mind you my car started perfectly fine before that, never ever had a problem with it starting before. coincidence? I think not. !!!!!!!! Karma, I hope Karma does it's job cause taking advantage of people is just not right. especially when you don't know what hardships they are going through.
My front ones were good- I could see it when they showed me. I might now be expert but know a bit about brakes and rotors wear and tear. They agreed.

I came in for my rear brake changes and these guys told me I need to change my all my brakes and rotors.
I asked if I could get my own brakes and rotors since autozone is just close by;
I said to change rear and they gave me pricing.
This is a complete ripoff. I paid $500 for something that could have been done for $250. Please go at your own risk.
Great Customer Service, Quality work done at every visit I've had since being Re Opened under New Owners!! Just recently went for an Oil Change and was asked to come out to the Service Bay to be shown that my Valve Cover Gasket was Leaking Oil Directly onto my Alternator. Went back a Weekend later and Had it all fixed up in a few hours time. I Highly recommend This shop for Great Prices and Honest Quality Work DONE rite the FIRST time. Corey and Seth have been more then helpful and always will be my Go-To Mechanics from here on out, Thank You again Guys!!
