Didn't tell me about a leak in my transmission so I did not know there was no fluid in it until I took it to another garage, pep boys did not have the equipment to fix it they said. They did not charge me for when they looked at it but did not communicate clearly what was wrong with it.
People are nice and its convenient just not enough parking
Scheduled an oil change 3 times in a row because I wasn’t getting any confirmation at all and it’s now 20 minuets till the time and I still haven’t got anything so I’m taking my business elsewhere I scheduled one at monro in Elsmere and they sent a confirmation right away so thanks for nothing.
Wonderful experience getting new tires for my car. I originally used the online chat feature on Pep Boys website to find tires that would work for my car, and made an appointment. Then I found tires cheaper elsewhere, so called the shop to cancel my appointment. I spoke to Tina, who helped me find comparable tires at a great price that included install and roadside hazard protection too!
