These guys are wonderful!! They went above and beyond. FUEL PUMP went on my way to Virginia, they towed me in no time and fixed my car even when they had a full schedule. They were very kind, didn't over charge me.. I went to breakfast while I waited n the folks there spoke very good of Newport auto. Thank you Tim for towing me and Mike for your wonderful service!!

We've only had this place fix a drivers side door spring that popped out but I can tell these guys are good guys. Jeff, the owner I believe, has integrity, does not mislead you, and is an all around great guy. We will be going back there in the future to have them do auto repair jobs that I can't handle myself.

Don't bring your car here. I'm serious!! They use the cheapest parts that one can buy and charge a premium. Also, they robbed my car. They stole ally change and my wedding ring that was acccidentally left in the car and surprise surprise the denied any and all responsibility.
