Everyone was very friendly and my oil change was done extraordinarily fast considering I was a walk in. Will absolutely be returning. Kyle is very nice as well!!
Very disappointed. Call them a day before I took my car to them and talked to a gentleman name Brad. He gave me an estimate for the job over the phone and even though it was slightly overpriced, I made an appointment with them. The next day I had to skip my school and drive 20 miles to get there. On my way to their shop I called them. The same person (Brad) told me that they cannot get my car done the same day since they got unexpected more important jobs that they make more money off of. He told me that he was sorry, he did not ask my permission for taking a $2500 dollar and a $1400 dollar job and he said that he was "joking" when he told me to bring my car tomorrow. Don't suggest the shop at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Wasted one day of my work. It is very unprofessional, although this job would not have given them $2500, there were other family members of mine that would have used their service pending my review. Obviously that wont happen now.
Foulk Road Automotive is an exceptional Automotive Service Center. All of the Service Technicians are highly skilled, and not only do the services you request, but also bring to your attention other potential issues with your vehicle that you may want to consider doing in the future. The Manager, Brad is both knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the work that needs to be done in layman terms. I've been taking my cars to this facility for the last five years and I wouldn't go to any other place. They are reasonably priced, and give expedient service.
Honest and upfront. Tells you what needs to be done and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need!
We were new to the Wilmington and were looking for a local garage we felt comfortable with and could trust. The work they do will be done right and they provide feedback on needed services. I'm not a mechanic so I depend professionals to guide me in this area. Brad and his team do a great job!
