I order on the go from work so I can take a quick break and grab a coffee or something else. Recently, I've been ordering a hot coffee or latte, when I get there, it's iced. I have them remake it and all is good. Mistakes happen. When those mistakes happen almost every day you go there, it's no longer a mistake and is negligence. This time I got smart and ordered a Medium Hot chocolate. There's no way you can mess that up, and yet they figured out a way by making me a small Hot Chocolate.
I will not be going back to that Dunkin Donuts again. They got my coffee order wrong, also, I took it back for them to get it right and they still got it wrong ....They put a lot of sugar in my coffee and I specifically told them what to put in it....what cream to put in it ....they don't have half and half milk ....so I will not be going back there. A representative came up and tried to explain what I said back to me but he was so loud he almost busted my eardrums, did he see a hearing aid in my ear, the coffee roll is what I usually have......I don't know they must have shrunk it or something.
Sometimes they were there coffee down it's not as strong as it should be Route 4 Maryland Avenue
