Ordered a cake online on Monday 11/13 to be picked up on 11/16. I arrive to pickup my cake and the cake was never made. So now I have to wait for a new cake. In addition I have the pleasure of being late to work and still paying full price for a rush job cake. The half hearted apology did not make the situation better. Cake was delicious but this experience will make me reconsider ordering again.
Yum. The pizza bread is to die for. The cupcakes are the bomb. And the custom cakes with fondant are amazing. Cakes by Kim created a fire engine cake for a birthday, best cake I think I've ever had.
Worst experience ever! I ordered a cake and sent a picture of what I wanted. Asked for shades of blue. Given a cake with 1 figure thinking I was getting 2 and in pink the one color my daughter does not like. Paid over $100 for it not worth it. The kids didn't even like the taste of it and my dad got sick from it Saturday night. The damn thing is still on our table because no one even wants to eat it. They gave me $20 off it. Really?

They did our wedding cake and cupcakes and it turned out better than I could imagine. We got so many compliments on the cake !!
