Just booked after a long Gap, Service still the best.
I booked my flight and cancelled within an hour because my girlfriend decided to change her mind in the location. Elsa my representative was very helpful in explaining the process on how the refund work since no actual ticket was issued, and even though there were 3 temporary charges to my credit card instead of 2. She assured me that all charges would be refunded within 3-4 business days. Thus far I was very happy with the customer service, I will have my girlfriend leave another feedback once we receive the full refund.
I had to call the airline itself and the agent helped us select the seats for the other 3 flights and send a request for us to have seats together in the first flight.
I have to say I as totally shocked at how Michael Ramsay helped solve my holiday travel dilemma! I actually got to speak to a real person, and wasn't passed around from robot to robot!

I will never book with them again. They specifically charged me $20 extra on my airfare ticket. I was told multiple times I would be receiving a refund. They once told me it would take a couple billing cycles on my credit card before I'd see the refund. I patiently waited 3 months and never received a refund. 4 months later, I'm in back and forth contact with them still waiting on a refund. Countless times I've been told I'd be hearing from someone by email but I never do. They use a lot of tactics to try and stall you without directly solving the problem. Maybe this was just coincidentally 1 bad experience but it's enough to scare me away from this company forever.

When I called faregeek the agent was rude and asked "what do you want me to do?" I want them to fix their own problem obviously!! Do you need me to spell it out? I knew it was a lost cause once he said that and ultimately they were not able to do anything.
I know that technical problems occur since the travel agency and airline are not the same company, but the way they handled it compared to the airline left a bad taste in my mouth. Why did Faregeek even send a confirmation with the seat numbers assigned if they weren't sure?
Unreliable and take no responsibility. Booked a series of 4 flights. Selected seats for all 4 flights and had the confirmation as well with the seats selected. When the time came to check in for the first flight on-line, lo and behold, none of the seats were selected.
After searching the web found this site, it really has low prices and good holiday packages.
He had my best interests in mind, kept me calm, and helped me not only change my original one- way flight, but upgrade the round trip with new dates that I needed. Offering advice on timing and how to save money!
He offered an additional discount for $150 too, it's was a holiday miracle! I doubt I would ever get this kind of service directly through an airline! This is my first time booking with a travel agency and was extremely nervous that I'd made the wrong choice, and that any changes would result in huge penalties.
