I took my dog to get her nails cut and grinded. I don't do them myself because of the color of her nails. Last time I went there, woman was super nice, did a wonderful job, and my dog loved her. I've never had any groomer complain about her. I checked her nails before leaving because it was way too fast, no way her nails were cut and ground down in less than 2mins. Both women acted like I ruined their day, no greeting, smile, nothing to make customer's feel like they're welcome there. My dog was extremely uncomfortable around them, should've just left when I saw that. She's really friendly and outgoing with everyone. Her nails were barely cut, uneven, with jagged points on the sides. Not grounded down at all, which is what I always pay for. I sent her back to get to get them redone. Still not up to the usual standard. I'll definitely be taking her elsewhere from now on. If employees don't like their job, why are they working there? Animals know when people don't want them around. Got the excuse of her being wiggly.. That's never been an issue with any other groomer or vet. She's always stayed still, even as a puppy. Sorry, petco, I won't be returning for any of your services or products ever again. Not even sure they're actually certified groomers. One was cutting the hair of another dog, idk what exactly she asked the other woman, something to do with what the customer wanted done. Her answer was, I think that's what she said. Instead of contacting the customer to verify, they just proceeded. Hopefully that's what the customer wanted, or will have another upset customer. Please hire people who actually like animals!
Big KUDOS to the Staff and Manager on duty. Purchased a Chinchilla for my son, both Staff and Manager were extremely helpful, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about our new Lil fluffy family member. They also helped us gather all the things we needed to keep our Lil Chinchilla happy and healthy. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a pet or any pet services.

A little crowded and overpriced items but decent prices for training program and grooming. Get there early it gets crowded
...Always stocked with what I need. Friendly staff; very helpful. Used to work there also and alot of things have changed to make the place even better than it previously was. Would highly recommend you visiting & grabbing whatever you need for your pet, because they will definitely have it!
