Lately they are out of sale items Third day into the sale. Young black man at self bag is amazing as are most of them at that position. Wish I could say the same about the Customer Service desk. They need training on treating customers! I dread having to go there each week for a rain check or ANYTHING else!
The store is easy to find. The parking lot is well lit and confusing. The store is poorly laid out. Prices are average for chain grocers. The produce, meat, and fish are fresh and well displayed. Do not shop here without store card you will not receive the sale prices.
My experience is horrible. I never been in a supermarket and felt uncomfortable shopping in. The managers seem like know -nothing know-it-alls. I rather masturbate with razor glove and try to have a conversation with any of them. The produce sucks, I thought the cantaloupes was laced with ammonia on first taste. I've been living in Newport for 6 years and shopping there longer and I'm not treated like a neighbor but a criminal. They follow my ass every where I go. They be so far up my ass I ask them do the accept blue cross blue shield.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The store has good prices and great sales compared to other local grocery chains. Plus, they are open until 1am.
Great store, reasonable prices, and they have some really good sales every week! But it gets REALLY crazy during their annual "Can Can" sale!
