I had the worst experience in this shop. I brought in a pair of new $700 Bottega Veneta boots for stretching and they rip one boot! The employee who was waiting on me said that it can happen and there is a disclaimer on the back of my receipt. He also tried to convince me that the boot was ripped when I brought it. I had to come in another time to talk to the manager Sandra. She was not apologetic at all, borderline rude, but offered to repair the boot. I was stupid to agree to it, and 2 weeks later my boot is really ruined. Now it has an ugly patch of different leather on it stiched with crooked stiches. I was so upset, but Sandra said that this looks good to her, and no other shop would even offer to repair it for me. She gave me a phone number for the owner if I want to complain, but said that "she will probably send you packing". After this, she just walk away from me. I had to make 3 trips to this place and each time it ruined my day. Nobody apologized or at least offered to refund the money I paid. Nobody explained to me that the boot can be ripped (do you always read the back of your receipt?). Nobody was honest enough to say that they can't repair it so it looks half decent. I never ever write reviews for anything, but I can't compare the service I received here with anything. Their standards are the lowest, and customer service the worst I ever had.
I can’t believe this place. I use to come here all the time. I haven’t been here in almost two years now I can’t get my service complete it seems like. I come 2 days later to pick my boots still aren’t finish. Come back again still not finished. I wait in the mall over can hour come back 1 pair find I didn’t pay for the heel to get fixed mind I need to heels fixed on two boots. What the hell, you should have told me this before you told me to wait in the mall. I was going to have another rain boot stretched but I just decided to walk out with all my boots. Yes I paid $15 and I took them unfinished. Along with my unfinished 1st pair of rain boots. I am very upset. I use to get great service completed now I’m speechless

I took two pair of thorogood work boots in to be resoled on the heel. They had them ready the next day. HOWEVER, they put on on a heel that is more for a dress shoe not a lugged heel like work boots normally are. I called asking about this and was told that was the only type of heel they have. If I had dress shoes to be resoled I would use them again. For workbooks I highly recommend going elsewhere.
