The school is only required to operate under the Roman Catholic Diocese (which does not have a good track record of protecting minors) They are not obligated and do not voluntarily conform with regulations ADA, Bill of rights, IDEA, section 504, Title 14 or any other monumental pieces of legislation. Protect your children and send them to a private school that recieves some form of federal funding so you can ensure you and your children still have the rights that make our country great. Also there are school that are geared to religious beliefs but receive some federal funding....be careful of the schools you choose.
