We initially had PJ Fitzpatrick replace the gutters, flashing, and soffits on our home. We had such a great experience with them that we chose them to replace the siding 6 months later. Though they may be more expensive than other contractors in our area, you can be confident that they use only the best materials and installation practices. The salesmen thoroughly explain the installation process and what makes their material superior. Every member of the team from project managers to schedulers to installers were courteous, professional, and helpful. We've had plenty of experiences with contractors in the past and one of the reasons we value this company so much is the customer service experience, quick responses to phone calls and questions, and peace of mind that the job is done correctly and that if there is a problem down the road, they stand by their work and will take steps to remedy any problems. We felt valued as customers, something I can't say about other companies with which we've interacted. We'll likely replace some windows and doors down the road and PJ Fitzpatrick is the only company we will consider.

We couldn't be more impressed with Adam. He came out to our home a few months ago to look at a roof leak over our garage that resulted from the ice and harsh winter. He did an immediate repair and we had him back to take another look a few months later to ensure no lasting damage to the wood under the roof above the garage. Both times he was the ultimate professional. We appreciated his honesty regarding the issue, what he could or could not guarantee regarding the repair, and his recommendations to solve the problem. We also appreciated the fact that he did not suggest additional work we did not need (i.e. a new roof).
