A) Barclaycard's head office is in Wilmington. This bank has not checked or investigated about a fraudulent transfer of a $10,000 from a bank named Independent Banker's Bank in Florida on to my card which has had my transfer balance of $13,250 in May 2015. Now the credit card balance is $23,000 because Barclaycard never removed this additional $10,000 transfer from a bank, I never have dealt or known about..
