We contacted Certapro and had them do our estitmate over a month and half ago. We attempted to hire and have them work for us as we struggled to have them contact us back.
We called numerous times to try to finalize a date only to be told people were out of the office and then that the EARLIEST they could get us in was August 21.
I was thrilled with the very professional job done by CertaPro and they gave me a very reasonable price as well. Will use them and recommend them in the future consistently.
Not only is it highly unprofessional to not return anyone's calls but to give dates that you can not keep.
