i'd been seeking a chinese restaurant with excellent food and after many trials i discovered kitchen express. they're very polite (they actually say "thank you" and place your change in your hand and not on the counter like the really rude ones do) and their food is the BEST. try the general tso chicken or the crab rangoon. they have a steady flow of customers and i was in there when the dept of health was making their rounds at the local restaurants- so we know they are inspected regularly.
I called tonight to place an order not only was the lady who answered the phone rude and impatient she was yelling in my ear ....so I didn't order I love there food but customer service is poor now that I know the best one delivers I will never order from there again...
