Friendly staff! Great collection of arrangements
I made an appointment to pick out floral arrangements for my wedding. They were polite and friendly on the phone however the day before my appointment I received a call that I would have to reschedule because the shop would be closed. I was out to dinner when I received the call so I didn't hear it ring. By the time I left the restaurant the shop was closed. My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday and I called the following Monday. There was no answer. No one ever called back. As a business, when you have to reschedule someone's appointment you should call them to reschedule if you want their business. I went to another florist for my wedding and had a much better experience. This flower shop won't be getting any business from me.

Fantastic service! They were able to make a special request happen last minute. The photo on the website was remarkably close to the product that arrived. I will order from Ramone's in the future!
