If your even just one day late they hound you every day like clock work and then they act like they never called you I don't recommend do business with these people
Stay Far Away From These Crooks! Interest rates are through the Roof. Mine as well say they do Pay Day Loans, not Personal Loans! Payments are due every two weeks, not every month like other places. If your one day late on a payment, they call every one of your references, after they call you 4 times in a 2 hour period. In my line of work, you can get someone killed for not paying attention, and talking on your phone. Unless its an Extreme emergency, you'll get FIRED for talking on your phone. They assume since they work next to a phone, everyone else does too. Now my Employer, & all my references know, I was one day late on a payment. A $1500 loan through one year, ending up costing $2800. A lesson lived is a lesson learned!!!
MY suggestion is STAY AWAY from these people. The staff located in Newport Delaware are very nice to new faces but once you there and are even 1 day late they hound you. They call all of your numbers then your references THEN they go down the phone book pages and call people with the same last names and leaves messages on those peoples voicemail. VERY EMBARRASSING! As they sit by their phones in their cozy office calling everyone high to low thinking people are by a phone or in my families case NOT allowed to receive calls while at work on duty. They call place of employment even knowing this is not allowed. My family member has lost so many days from work because they make call there continuiously after being told by the employer and the borrower that personal calls are not allowed to the place of employment. I personally forsee a lawsuit in waiting with the harrassment calls she gets. They DO NOT work with you on payments. They tell you it has to be in on that day otherwise they will continue to call until paid. This may be people screen their calls from harrassing people.
GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO PERSONAL AND PAYDAY LOANS. My husband and I have been dealing with Noble for over 2 years now. The staff is courteous and friendly. They are flexible, and willing to work with you if you have a problem. Unlike other places, if you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, they give you the option to borrow against the principle of your loan that you have already repaid, or make a minimal interest payment. In my past experiences with them, they are willing to work with you if you are honest and up front with them, and will give you a few extra days to make a payment if needed. Will DEFINITELY do business again if needed!
