They like to take plenty of money from their residents but are in no rush to pay back city tax that's been mistakenly withheld. Phone calls will leave you talking to someone who is extremely rude, ignorant, incompetent, and most likely, poorly educated. I'm currently waiting on a city tax refund that I've been told takes "90 or more days" to see in the mail. That's odd, because I think a parking ticket in that city requires you pay within 30 days...late payment will incur a penalty. If you work for the city or support their hypocritical, abusive ways, then go jump off a bridge or find a new job.
