This place is good most of the time. Today I ordered a cone and the servers fingers were on the cone itself. The paper wrap on these cones is not wide enough. A napkin is usually used to hold it. Today, no napkins at all. My diet coke was straight coke even though I asked the server if it actually was. This is the same McDonald's that I gave a twenty and they gave me change for a ten. The manager and corporate office ignored me. I still go there but watch the cashier's closer.
Went here twice in the same day and requested a custom order. Both times they gave us the items we requested not be on there. They only offered to fix one of the orders and they still did not give us exactly what we wanted.
The overnight manager is so disrespectful I handed her my whole bag because it was wrong she told me only one thing was wrong and that's all they were going to fix and preceded to hand me back the same bag with cold food I will never return to this store. My wife is a manager at another McDonalds so I know how a store should be ran and that is not it this store needs help the customer service is terrible and this is not the first time I have had this experience at this store if it wasn't for the fact that they are so close to my home I never would of given them my money they are the worst I have seen in Delaware.
The manager that goes by "L" was really kind to give me a large mocha frappe for my wait since they had to switch out the empty bag. I really appreciate it! The staff here is very kind and quick to attend you. The bathrooms are kept clean, the eating area is kept well maintained, and the play area clean-clean-clean.
My chicken sandwich was delicious and decaf coffee was fresh and also delicious. I wanted cookies but rhey had to bake them (fine with me) they have me an extra pack since I had to wait. Outstanding
People tend to get angry with the service they received because they were made to wait an extra 2 minutes for fresh fries or something they ordered. Be patient and stop being in a rush, most of the staff members are kids still in school and this is their first job, give them a break. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!
