This place doesn't even deserve a ONE star! This is probably the most dirtiest greyhound station I have ever been to! First of all, me and my boyfriend go in there and go to the front desk to get tags and stuff and we say "HI! How are you doing?" But the girl just gives us a finger like a "hold on" and she doesn't make any eye contact and she has the baddest attitude. Me and my boyfriend then go to the restroom and there was feces all over the bathroom stall and no SOAP?!?!?! There was no soap in ANY of them?! Is that even legal? Oh and then my boyfriend gets a Dr. Pepper from the machine and the pop isn't even COLD? It's warm and it cost $1.75! Oh did I also mention that the tv is on the FLOOR? Yeah. I will say me and my boyfriend will never ride in a greyhound again because we have had nothing but bad attitudes from employees at every station! Maybe $800 for a plane ticket is worth it! Please don't spend your money for this company!
Worst station ever!!!!! Buses Never on time. People for 5:30still here. I'm waiting for the 6:45 bus... Clerk don't know what's going on... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. Need to boycott this station
Bus never made it and there was no guarantee that other buses will have space. Don't recommend this place at all!!!!
Worst Customer service ever. If a African American woman by the name of Lynn is working there don't even seek assistance she's more into texting her boyfriend then she is in doing her actual job. Bathrooms are barely usable at least from a males prospective and there is always people smoking or allowing the homeless into the shipping area for God knows what.
I had a bus back to New York City from this station. I bought my ticket in advance and was on time to the station, but the bus was overbooked so there was simply no seat. Instead of providing a refund or an alternate itinerary, the driver and man at the counter simply told me there was nothing they could do. So I ended up paying $100 for a last-minute Amtrak ride home. I will never take Greyhound to Wilmington again.
