During holidays, I visited my parents in Wilmington, DE and I went to Fairfax News Stand Cigarette Outlet store to find premium branded cigars for my dad and they got so much varieties @ best quality and very reasonable price. The staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly.
I arrived at 5:50 after rushing to get there, the door was locked. They waited til 6 to walk out, I informed the guy claiming to be the manager that I wanted to file a complaint. He said go right ahead, to Obama or whoever the hell you want. Very rude !! Never shopping here !!
