I was about to make a big mistake with my hair until Yvette kindly guided me in a different/professional direction by simply caring about the condition of my hair. Just because we want something doesn't mean it's the best choice and she explains why and why not. I felt completely relaxed with everyone one in this salon, beautiful salon. Yvette asked me to use a specific product before I came in for my services which I purchased there at Robert Cris and it is the most amazing product I have ever used. It works in an instant, unbelievable! I can't thank you enough Yvette!
I absolutely love this place. Nice clean bright environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And I get great haircuts for reasonable prices.

Robert Cris salon was wonderful. The receptionist was incredibly helpful. I was traveling through Wilmington and was concerned because I needed color and a cut. I am so delighted with my experience. Kevin gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Close to my former style, but more feminine, he explained. I love it! He did a fantastic job. The color, too, was a great match, but even nicer. I'm sorry that I don't live here, because this would be my new salon. Also, it was lovely, relaxing, and very clean.
The BEST salon that I have ever been to. I've been to many salons to achieve the perfect color and none can compare to Robert Cris Salon. They take the time and do a 'consultation' to match the perfect color to you. Bethanne does a fantastic job on both color and cut. She hit the nail right on the head when I showed her the hair color I was looking for. She has a great personality so the time in her chair isn't filled with awkward silences. I would recommend Robert Cris Salon and Bethanne to anyone looking for an A+ experience.
