Wow...way to thoroughly embrace technology and business.
It's now April and all this time we have been emailing and asking what's the hold up when we are finally told today that we can't open an account but in person.

Called in November to set up a business account. Explain I'm at an out of state branch and can I handle the application online? Sure, you can FAX it in (who still does that?!?), so we do.
One of the most incompetent banks or credit unions I have ever dealt with, ever.
Went in today to use the atm machine and it was down. It happens, its technology no big deal. My problem was when I came in to do a transaction since I could not take money out of the atm. I go up to a teller. Her name was ray which I thought was odd or maybe that's not her name and was just covering someone? Either way I let her know that the atm is not working. She proceeds to tell me that if I have any complaints to go and see her manager Rebeca. Instead of apologizing or explaining what the problem was or if they were fixing it she just threw her manager completely under the bus. It wasn't what she said it was definetly how she said it. Seemed like she was more than willing to throw her manager under the bus which is really bad for business. And I'm sure for morale as well.
